Anthony is the creative part of the Trinity partners and has been in the rebar business for 16 years. He oversees the production of big commercial jobs and all our new product development. He has expanded Trinity’s product roster from just bent rebar to form savers, couplers, cages, columns and his newest endeavor, anchor bolts. Around the company, Anthony is known as the FDOT expert because of his extensive knowledge about Florida DOT standards and requirements.

Aaron is the organized part of the Trinity partners and has been in the business for 16 years alongside Anthony. He oversees all the finances at the company and keeps track of all customer accounts and generates invoices. He makes sure that all operations are running smoothly and keeps everything on budget.

 

Wally is Trinity’s sales extraordinaire. He has been in the rebar industry for 50 years, starting out as a rebar bender at a fabrication shop. He is an expert in all things rebar and is responsible for bidding new jobs and sending them off to be estimated. Once estimated, Wally writes the proposal and sends it out to customers. He also markets all Trinity products, such as: form savers, couplers and columns.

Frank Knight,

Human Resources and Safety Manager

He is always trying to make Trinity a safer place to work, Frank Knight is the company’s HR and safety manager. He oversees setting up the paperwork for new hires and conducts safety meetings. He also offers safety training classes for employees who want to become safety certified on the different machines. With all his other responsibilities, Frank has taken on the role as Trinity’s chaplain and writes word of the days and distributes them to all of the employees at the company.

Leon Rookey,

Engineering Manager

Leon has been detailing rebar jobs for 21 years earning him the title, the rebar ranger! At Trinity, Leon oversees projects we have been awarded and assigns them to detailers and tracks their progress. Once the takeoffs are received from the detailer, Leon compiles the placing drawings and does the initial scheduling for the rebar deliveries.

Paul Paulauskas,

Production Manager

Once Leon is done, Paul takes over the process and oversees all rebar production. He assigns the employees their tasks to make sure that the customers requested rebar is on time and that they are getting the right products. Then he prints out tags, bill of ladings and bar lists then gives the paperwork to dispatch to be delivered.

Curt Elsebough,

Residential Manager

Curt has been working in the rebar industry for 26 years and came to Trinity in 2005. His extensive knowledge about the industry has enabled him to be a multifaceted component at the company. He is the residential sales manager and works with homebuilders across the state to get their rebar out to them for their projects. Curt oversees the process from start to finish. He puts in rebar purchase orders, instructs workers how to cut and assemble the rebar and then organizes the shipment of the products.

Craig Elsebough,

Assembled Products Manager

Craig is Trinity’s assembled products manager. He oversees the production of rebar cages and other assemble products. He has extensive knowledge about FDOT requirements and knows how to construct a cage that is above the level of competitor’s similar products.

Alisa Adams,

Assistant to President

Alisa is our public relations manager and handles Trinity’s website and other public outreach programs. She also assists Anthony with projects and helps quote assembled product jobs. In addition, she keeps track of our mill certificates and logs them to send out to customers.

Jessie is the fleet/logistics manager here at Trinity. He is responsible for scheduling the shipment of assemble products and commercial rebar orders. He has had training on FDOT truck regulations and makes sure Trinity is following all trucking guidelines. Jessie also oversees hiring drivers and keeps records on all of them as well as logs their hours and makes sure they do not exceed their daily limits.

Office Manager

She came to work from them in 2012 and is a vital part of the financial operations here at the company. Janell does the invoicing on customer accounts and collects payments. She also generates lien releases and does some of the banking for Trinity.

 

Gail Abbott,

Administrative Assistant

Gail is the first person you will speak to when you call Trinity! She answers all the phone calls and directs them to whomever they need to speak to. Gail also handles the vendor invoicing and does invoice vouchers.
